Thank you for your interest in supporting Austin Take A Chance Organization.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of everything we do. Whether you're packing kits, organizing supplies, or helping us document our outreach, you're helping someone feel seen, supported, and valued.

ATACO exists to serve LGBTQIA+ individuals in Austin who are facing displacement, hardship, or systemic barriers. Many of the people we support are unhoused, unemployed, or navigating life without access to basic resources. Some are just looking for a moment of safety, dignity, or connection.

When you volunteer with us, you're not just donating time. You're showing up with compassion and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to start over.

Ways You Can Help:

• Pack resource kits

• Pick up or sort donations

• Help organize inventory and supplies

• Support our admin or social media efforts

• Join outreach days to engage directly with individuals in need

Whether you have an hour or an afternoon, your time matters. Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome. We’ll work with your schedule and make sure your skills are put to good use.
