Austin Take A Chance Organization (ATACO) exists to restore dignity and spark hope in the lives of displaced and vulnerable LGBTQIA+ individuals through grassroots outreach, nourishment, and empowerment.

We meet people where they are — offering warm meals, essential resources, and a genuine human connection. By providing immediate support and building trust, we help transform moments of survival into stepping stones toward healing, stability, and self-worth.ption text goes here

We envision a future where every LGBTQIA+ individual facing displacement has access to the resources, support, and community they need to thrive. Our work goes beyond emergency aid — we aim to create opportunities that empower people to rebuild their lives on their own terms.
